Treatment for Vacation. Special time off, as noted in 9.1 and 9.3, falling within eligible employees' vacation period shall not be counted as part of their vacation but shall be taken as additional time off.

  • Payment for annual leave (a) Before going on annual leave, an employee will be paid the amount of wages they would have received for ordinary time worked had they not been on leave during that period.
