The board of directors may also elect a Chairman of the Board, a Chief Executive Officer, one or more Vice Chairmen of the Board and Vice Presidents and one or more Assistant Treasurers and Assistant Secretaries. Any number of offices may be held by the same person, except that the offices of President and Chief Operating Officer and Secretary shall not be held by the same person. Vice Presidents may be given distinctive designations such as Executive Vice President or Senior Vice President. Every officer shall be a citizen of the United States of America.
