TRAVELLING WITH CHILDREN. We recommend that if you are travelling with a child that does not share your surname, in order to minimise the possibility of disruption to your travel plans, you travel with documentation that proves your relationship to the child as well as documentation that proves you have permission to travel with them. A&K cannot be held responsible should you or any member of your travelling party be denied entry to a country due to non-compliance with these requirements. Should you require further specific information ahead of travel, please consult the travel advice produced by the government of your home jurisdiction, as well as that of the government who issued the passport and/or visa you intend to travel under. Due to the nature of some of the excursions and activities involved in A&K trips, minimum age requirements are in place at some destinations. Additionally, some accommodations require that children below a certain age share a room with an adult. Such circumstances vary and will be specified within your itinerary, ahead of travel, and at the time of booking.

TRAVELLING WITH CHILDREN. Minors must be identified with a valid individual ID document in virtue of Regulation (EC) No. 2252/2004 and Regulation (EC) No. 444/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council, amending the latter, on standards for security features and biometrics in passports and travel documents issued by Member States, as amended. Passengers below 14 must be accompanied by an adult. If any such companion is not one of the minor’s parents or guardian, the Spanish National Police shall issue a document for the parents or guardians to authorise the minor to travel without them. The said document shall be requested at any police stations prior to the departure date. In such a case, any individuals exercising guardianship of the minors at the moment in which the journey takes place shall be held responsible for them. Minors above 14 may board the ship by submitting to the Captain an exemption declaration signed by the minor’s parents, together with a copy of their ID documents, in which they state that they are fully liable for any personal injury suffered and/or caused to third parties. In this case, no crew members shall assume guardianship of the minor nor shall they be responsible for them on board. Any such minor’s parents, guardians and/or representatives shall ensure to hold all required documents ready for exhibition or submission at the arrival port, indemnifying FRS against liabilities incurred in case the authorities consider such documents insufficient.

TRAVELLING WITH CHILDREN. An adult must accompany every 2 children under the age of 12. The ratio of adults to children travelling together must be one adult per two children unless prior permission has been obtained by contacting CalgaryWBTours/Lifetime Adventures. All inquiries with respect to children are subject to review and approval by CalgaryWBTours/Lifetime Adventures, which reserves the right to restrict the number of travellers under the age of 12 on tours. CURRENCY CalgaryWBTours/Lifetime Adventures packages, fees, and additional services shall be quoted in Canadian (CAD) dollars unless otherwise indicated, and shall be paid in the currency posted at the time of booking or subsequently. CalgaryWBTours/Lifetime Adventures reserves the right to apply the currency of their choosing to any tour.

  • Children/Grandchildren An employee may purchase life insurance in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) as a package for all eligible children/grandchildren (as defined in Section 2A2 and 2A3 of this Article). For a new employee, child/grandchild coverage requires evidence of insurability if application is made after the initial effective date of coverage as defined in this Article, Section 5C. An employee who becomes eligible for insurance may purchase child/grandchild coverage without evidence of insurability if application is made within thirty (30) days of the initial effective date as defined in this Article. Child/grandchild coverage commences fourteen (14) calendar days after birth.

  • Traveling Teachers 1. Each traveling teacher shall be given a minimum of fifteen (15) minutes to travel from one building to another. The fifteen (15) minutes shall come from the total student contact time of the traveling teacher.

  • Travel No expenses for travel will be reimbursed unless specifically authorized by this Contract. Permitted expenses will be reimbursed at the rate paid by the State and in accordance with the Budget Agency’s Financial Management Circular – Travel Policies and Procedures in effect at the time the expenditure is made.
