Travelling Expense Moving to New Location. The Employer shall reimburse the employee for travel expenses incurred during the relocation for the employee and dependants, for the actual travel time, plus accommodation and meals up to seven (7) days at the new location, where the employee is unable to move into their new accommodation; such expense allowances to be in accordance with current regulations. Meals: Adults - full rate Children 12 and under - one-half (½) rate. Motel or Hotel - on production of receipts. Private lodging at old or new location at current rate.

  • TRAVELLING ZONE EXPENSES 1.01 Work performed outside the city limits shall be termed Out-of-Town Work.

Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.
