Traveling Time and Fuel. All time spent traveling on behalf of the Employer will be paid at the appropriate rate in the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The per kilometer rate will be twenty-five cents ($0.25). No-one shall suffer a reduction in their current kilometer rate as a result of the newly negotiated rate.

  • TRAVELLING TIME 12.01 For the purposes of this Agreement travelling time is compensated for only in the circumstances and to the extent provided for in this Article.

  • Excess Travelling Time As well as the above-mentioned Fares allowance, excess travelling time is payable if the work site is beyond 50 kilometres from the workshop or registered office.
