Traveling abroad. To the extent that Renter is permitted to travel abroad, it is Xxxxxx's responsibility, at Renter's cost, to obtain information about the safety rules and requirements of the country visited and to ensure that these requirements are met.

Traveling abroad. 12.1. Leaving the borders of a country with the vehicle is allowed upon prior written consent of the Lessor and it is compulsory the prior conclusion of an additional insurance valid outside of the Republic of Poland, which is fully covered by the Lessee. Travels to regions at war or threatened with war and to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, and Moldavia are forbidden. If the conditions specified in this point are not met, the Lessee is obliged to pay the Lessor a contractual penalty in the amount of PLN 500. In addition, the Lessor may terminate the lease agreement immediately, in accordance with point. 6.1 and use the rights indicated in point 10.3.
Traveling abroad. 9.1. With the rented motorhome it can be traveled to all European countries, except those in a state of war and except places inaproprite to travel to for other reasons. Traveling to such countries is possible only in case the owner agrees and the motorhome is adequately insured.

  • Traveling Teachers 1. Each traveling teacher shall be given a minimum of fifteen (15) minutes to travel from one building to another. The fifteen (15) minutes shall come from the total student contact time of the traveling teacher.

  • Meals Meals charged to the School District should represent mid-fare selections for the hotel/meeting facility or general area, consistent with the maximum allowable reimbursement amount set by the Board. Tips are included with meal charges. Expense forms must explain the meal charges incurred. Alcoholic beverages will not be reimbursed.

  • Employment of trained personnel The Concessionaire shall ensure that the personnel engaged by it in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement are at all times properly trained for their respective functions.

  • Travelling Allowance Where an employee is required to attend or conduct a clinic away from their base hospital, or attend to employer business away from their base hospital, the employer shall, wherever possible, pay all accommodation and travel costs (i.e. the employee shall not be required to pay for such expenses and get reimbursed at a later date). Employees shall be entitled, with prior approval, to claim any actual and reasonable expenses incurred.

  • TRAVELLING ZONE EXPENSES 1.01 Work performed outside the city limits shall be termed Out-of-Town Work.
