Travel Schedule. The EMPLOYER will make every effort to schedule or 20 allow the scheduling of necessary travel time to and from a TDY assignment within an 21 employee's regularly scheduled tour of duty. Travel time outside normal working hours 22 will be compensated if it can be authorized in accordance with applicable regulations. 23 24 To the maximum extent practicable, the EMPLOYER agrees to schedule travel so that 25 when an employee travels outside the employee's regularly scheduled work shift, there 26 shall be an interval of not less than ten hours between completion of travel and the time 27 expected to report for work. Completion of travel is normally the time the employee 28 departs the commercial carrier, plus a reasonable time to obtain baggage and travel to 29 the assigned lodging by the most direct route. 30 31 If employees are required to travel more than fourteen continuous hours, a rest period 32 may be authorized in accordance with the JTR. If an in-travel rest period cannot be 33 scheduled on such long trips, the normal 10-hour rest period shall be extended to twelve 34 hours if possible.
Travel Schedule. The Contractor is responsible to establish the travel schedule, inclusive of, but not limited to, airfare at coach rates (upgrades to be paid by Contractor), lodging and car rental at compact rates.

  • SCHEDULE OF SERVICES Consultant shall perform the Services within the Term of this Agreement, in accordance with the Schedule of Services set forth in Exhibit “B” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and in accordance with any other completion schedule or milestones which may be separately agreed upon in writing by the Parties. Consultant represents that it has the professional and technical personnel required to perform the Services in conformance with such conditions.   • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Construction Schedule The progress schedule of construction of the Project as provided by Developer and approved by District.

  • Fee Schedule For the performance by the Transfer Agent pursuant to this Agreement, the Fund agrees to pay the Transfer Agent an annual maintenance fee for each Shareholder account as set forth in the attached fee schedule (“Schedule 5.1”). Such fees and out-of-pocket expenses and advances identified under Section 5.2 below may be changed from time to time subject to mutual written agreement between the Fund and the Transfer Agent.

  • Schedule Updates the Contractor agrees to maintain the Work duration schedule updates on an ongoing basis and, when the County requests it, include the updates in its payment request. The Contractor may be required to submit a narrative report with each monthly update which shall include a description of current and anticipated problem areas, delaying factors and their impact, and an explanation of corrective action taken or proposed. Failure to do so may be considered a material breach of the Contract. Any additional or unanticipated costs or expense required to maintain the schedules shall be solely the Contractor’s obligation and Contractor agrees not to charge the County.
