Travel Documents. To receive your travel documents prior to departure, final payment must be received in our office 60 days prior to departure. Travel Documents. Each Customer desiring transportation across any international boundary is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents and for complying with the laws of each country flown from, though, or into which he or she desires transportation. Subject to applicable laws and regulations, Customers must pay the applicable fare whenever Cape Air, on government order, is required to return a Customer to the point of origin or elsewhere due to the Customer’s inadmissibility into, or deportation from, a country.
Travel Documents. It is the responsibility of the person making the booking on behalf of the player to ensure that the player has valid travel documents, such as visas or passports. Players must have their own passports. Parents are responsible for sending the Club Secretary, Xxx Xxxxxxx the players’ passport details as requested and if this information is received the Club has the right to refuse to take the player on the trip without any refund being provided. The Club, District Football Limited and the staff accept no responsibility for lost passport, currency, clothing or other valuables. Limitation of Liability This clause sets out the entire financial liability of the Club and District Football Limited (including any liability for the acts or omissions of its employees, agents, consultants and subcontractors) to the parent and player (whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise). All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from this agreement Nothing in this agreement limits or excludes the liability of the Club and District Football Limited
Travel Documents. Participants must carry a valid passport that will remain effective for at least six months beyond the Program return date. Participants will be provided with information concerning passports and/or tourist cards, visas, and immunizations where needed, but obtaining them are the responsibility of the applicant. Moreover, Participants will be responsible for carrying and safeguarding their own documentation (such as passports, tourist cards, visas) during the entire Program. ACCOMMODATIONS: We seek to provide appropriate accommodations representative of the area, which provide typical cuisine and service. In some rural project areas program participants may sleep in tents and/or other rustic encampments without permanent bathroom facilities or heating. Program participants should make themselves fully aware of the living conditions provided with each program before applying. Nicaragua participants will be staying in a beach lodge. ROOMMATES: Our accommodations will be on a shared basis and participants will be assigned roommates. CMW will not have any coed accommodations for participants. ITEMS NOT INCLUDED: Round trip airfare is not included. Items of a personal nature, such as the following, are also not included: excess baggage or portage charges, personal, trip, or baggage insurance, room service, laundry, phone calls, bottled drinking water, food or beverages not part of the group menu, gratuities for special services, passports, immunization fees, visas and similar items. NOTICE: CMW reserves the right to make changes or substitutions in the interest of the program in order to meet unexpected situations, such as increases in fares and accommodation rates, airline failures, changes in currency rates, etc., prior to departure. Additional charges or refunds will be made to participants where applicable. However, no refund will be made for accommodations or services, included in the price, which are not utilized during the program by the Participant. We reserve the right to cancel the Program, if deemed necessary for reasons including insufficient program participation and circumstances beyond CMW’s control, such as strikes, lockouts, riots, wars, or Acts of God. In such an event, CMW shall have no responsibility, beyond the refund of deposits and monies paid to CMW by the participants, within 30 days, by means of a bank check. Travel Documents. Your specific passport and visa requirements as well as any other immigration requirements are your own responsibility and you must clarify this with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. We do not accept any responsibility in situations where you cannot travel because you do not meet the latest requirements. If you have made independent travel arrangements, you are responsible for boarding the ship in good time, regardless of any changes to the sailing times and dates or travel routes. We cannot refund monies paid to us, or a third party that acts on our or your behalf, or give compensation or make any payments when you, regardless of the reason, do not board the ship. Customers that disembark are responsible for boarding the ship again before departure from the port.
Travel Documents. It is Traveler’s responsibility to obtain information regarding, and to have in Traveler’s possession, all necessary documentation and identification required for entry, departure, and travel to each country or region. This includes a valid passport and all travel documents required by the relevant governmental authorities including all visas, permits, and certificates (including, but not limited to, vaccination or medical certificates), permits (including, but not limited to, mountain expedition permits and permits allowing travel to specific areas within a particular country) and insurance policies. Traveler must have a passport that is valid six (6) months after the last date of travel with Infinity or FA as set out on Traveler’s itinerary. Traveler accepts full responsibility for obtaining all such documents, visas, permits, and certificates prior to the start of the Tour. Traveler is solely responsible for the full amount of costs incurred as a result of missing or defective documentation. Traveler agrees that Traveler is responsible for the full amount of any loss or expense incurred by Infinity or FA that is a direct result of Traveler’s failure to secure or be in possession of proper travel documentation. Infinity or FA does not provide advice on travel documents and makes no representations or warrantees as to the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on, but not limited to, visas, vaccinations, climate, clothing, baggage, or special equipment.
Travel Documents. 5.1 All international Students must be in possession of a valid passport with an expiry date of 6 months beyond the date of arrival in the UK in order to gain entry to the UK.

We will ensure that you receive all of the applicable items and information in time for you to use the services booked, including event tickets. We triple-check the contents of your travel documents and it is your responsibility to ensure the items are kept safe and secure. If items, such as event tickets are lost, replacement fees may apply. For some events, tickets cannot be replaced and may need to be re-purchased at your expense, if available. If upon receiving your travel documents you require further information, please get in touch with our office as soon as possible. We cannot assist during or after an event. For last minute bookings, a last-minute delivery procedure will be discussed with you on booking. Late booking fees and courier costs may apply. Your travel documents will contain an emergency phone number should your event tickets get lost or stolen; or you can contact our office during open hours (A.E.S.T). Travel documents are non-transferrable.
Travel Documents. The Passenger must properly identify him or herself at the time of check- in and/or boarding. The Passenger must identify him or herself in person with a valid ID document as required by the Authorities, as well as all other necessary documents and information subject to the travel requirements set forth by the Authorities at the point of origin, connection and final destination. The Passenger is responsible for obtaining, carrying and presenting all of the documents required for the trip such as passport, visas, tourist cards, vaccine certificates and any other requirement or additional or special document that may be requested due to legal and regulatory provisions in force and effect in the departure, transit, and arrival countries. The Passenger must comply with the laws and regulations and procedures set forth by the Authorities of such countries regarding migration, customs, health, security, and border control. The information service that THE CARRIER provides regarding such topics does not waive the Passenger’s direct responsibility to research, become familiar with, and comply with laws and regulations regarding such matters. THE CARRIER will not be held liable for denied entry into a country for non-compliance with such laws and regulations or as a result of any damage that the Passenger may suffer, for not meeting the obligations mentioned above.
