Travel Assistance for arranging hotels, cruises, flight bookings and such other related goods and services;
Travel Assistance. 3.2.3.1. Advance of criminal bail (only in a foreign country) You are in a foreign country and are in prison or risk being imprisoned. Will will advance the criminal bail up to 7,500 euros. You undertake to refund this advance within 30 days of receiving our invoice, or as soon as the criminal bail has been returned by the authorities if this occurs earlier. If you fail to appear in court, the return of the criminal bail that you will not recover because you failed to appear becomes due immediately. The advance can only be covered is a “acknowledgement of due amounts” form has been filled in. This cover does not cover the legal consequences in your country of Residence consecutive to a traffic accident in a Foreign country.
Travel Assistance. As mentioned above, the means to be used to assist employees with weekend travel will vary. The determination of which means will apply in each case rests with the appropriate Company Officers. The means that may be employed are:
Travel Assistance. Where, as part of an organisational change, an employee is offered and accepts a role that is based at a different location within the same local area, and there are additional travel costs that result in genuine hardship, consideration will be given to providing travel assistance for a specified period of time.
Travel Assistance. A full-time employee who completes one (1) year of continuous service with Yukon University is entitled to two-thousand seven-hundred and fifty dollars ($2,750) which shall be paid annually on the anniversary of their initial date of hire. Part-time employees and employees who take a leave of absence of one (1) continuous month or more (excluding maternity, parental or adoption leave) shall receive a prorated amount based on actual hours worked. Income tax will not be withheld from this payment unless otherwise requested in writing by the employee.
Travel Assistance. 20.09 If a full-time or part-time employee must travel outside of Iqaluit because of a death or serious illness in the immediate family but does not have sufficient means to buy an airline ticket then the Authority may purchase a ticket for the employee provided a mutually agreeable pay recovery plan is worked out. Travel Assistance. 55.1 An employee undertaking official travel will be entitled to an allowance in respect of accommodation, meal(s), and incidental expenses. The allowance will generally be paid by Electronic Funds Transfer, prior to the travel, provided the traveller provides at least five working days notice. Expenditure limits are adjusted annually in line with the rates issued by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and are available in the relevant Finance procedures.
Travel Assistance. 1.9.1 MLJ Adoptions shall assist Parent(s) in arranging travel for adoption trips to the sending country. MLJ Adoptions shall issue Parent(s) a Travel Guide that will provide information about traveling in the country. MLJ Adoptions does not guarantee that information contained in said Travel Guide is current, accurate or complete, as this information is ever changing.
Travel Assistance. As mentioned above, the means to be used to assist employees with rest day travel will vary. The determination of which means will apply in each case rests with the appropriate Company Officers. The means that may be employed are: • Train Service • Company vehicles • Actual bus fares by way of tickets or passes provided by the Company • A mileage allowance calculated using bus fares prevailing on August 1st each year. The rates as of August 1, 2007 are: District Bus Rate 4/3 and 5/2 Schedule 8/6 Schedule August 2007 Plus 4 cents Plus 9 cents Date of Ratification Date of Ratification Prairie D-3 14.85 cents/km 18.85 cents/km 23.85 cents/km Pacific D-4 15.27 cents/km 19.27 cents/km 24.27 cents/km Restrictions: The Company’s commitment under this rest day travel policy shall not extend beyond the limits of the Region* on which the employee is working at the time of submission. The only exception to the foregoing is when an employee is employed on a gang which is temporarily transferred from one Region to another. In such circumstances, the employee shall be entitled to rest day travel assistance on a pro-rata basis, from his/her work location on one Region to their home location on the other. * (The former Atlantic, Eastern, Prairie and Pacific Regions will remain separate for the purpose of establishing travel limits for this policy) Note: These restrictions may only be modified by mutual agreement between the Parties.
Travel Assistance. B57. The Department will provide employees with travel assistance to cover all reasonable expenses incurred while undertaking business travel.
