Travel Approval. 1. All reimbursable travel for Board members and Authority employees will be approved by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or designee. The CEO will approve the travel for those individuals reporting directly to the CEO. All other employee’s travel will be approved by their Vice President. Such approval must be made in advance of travel for all Authority employees under the Director level.

  • Marketing Consent The Borrower hereby authorizes JPMCB and its affiliates (collectively, the “JPMCB Parties”), at their respective sole expense, but without any prior approval by the Borrower, to publish such tombstones and give such other publicity to this Agreement as each may from time to time determine in its sole discretion, subject, in all instances, to the provisions of Section 9.12. The foregoing authorization shall remain in effect unless and until the Borrower notifies JPMCB in writing that such authorization is revoked.

  • FCC Approval Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement or in the other Loan Documents, neither the Administrative Agent nor any Lender will take any action pursuant to this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, which would constitute or result in a change in control of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries requiring the prior approval of the FCC without first obtaining such prior approval of the FCC.
