Travel and Accommodations. 7.2.1 On distant locations, when the Company provides accommodations for the Employee, the travel time from the accommodation to the workplace and back shall be considered as time worked.

Travel and Accommodations. SES may from time to time require Consultant to travel temporarily to international locations on business consistent with the needs of SES. For any travel outside the contiguous United States, SES shall use reasonable efforts to include Consultant under its existing international travel insurance policies. If SES is unable to secure coverage for Consultant under such policies, Consultant acknowledges and agrees that it shall be responsible for securing, at the sole cost of Consultant, any such insurance which it deems necessary or appropriate. When travelling on behalf of SES, the standard SES travel policy shall apply except that for flights lasting more than eight (8) hours, Consultant may book a business class seat (or its equivalent). In such event, Consultant shall use reasonable efforts to minimize the cost of such business class travel.

Flights and hotel accommodations are subject to Artist’s final approval before purchase. Purchaser shall provide and pay for 3 single rooms (1 suite with 2 beds, 2 king) in a 4 star hotel. All room and tax charges must be prepaid by Purchaser prior to the performance. Hotel arrangements must include a free breakfast plan or breakfast must otherwise be arranged by Purchaser. Rooms will be reserved the day of the performance and one (1) day prior to the performance if required by the Artist. Additionally, if an early check-in is required on the day of the show but cannot be ensured by the hotel, rooms must be secured the day prior to enable Artist to check in immediately upon arrival. Artist shall be responsible for all incidental charges including meals (excluding breakfast), movies, phone calls and laundry.

Such per diem shall be in lieu of reimbursement for any and all meals and all other incidental living expenses ("Travel and Accommodations"). if there is room in the budget of the Picture, Member/Financier may, in its sole discretion, provide up to two (2) additional Travel and Accommodations to Manager's team.
