Travel Accident. The University provides immediate Travel Accident coverage while traveling on approved University business or activity. This plan provides accidental death and dismemberment coverage up to $50,000, and is automatic for all employees. No enrollment application is necessary and the cost is paid by the University. Travel Accident. The Company will carry and pay for $200,000.00 travel insurance for each employee. Such coverage shall be for:
Travel Accident. The Employer shall maintain a travel accident policy coverage comparable to the policy coverage in effect for employees at the time of ratification of this Agreement, subject to insurance company limitations. If the Employer determines that it is appropriate to change the existing policy coverage or change carriers, it shall consult with the Union before undertaking any such changes.
Travel Accident. The Travel accident plan provides three (3x) times the employee’s annual salary with a minimum benefit of $100,000 and a maximum benefit of $500,000.

Travel Accident. (1) All persons residing in the territory of one Contracting Party who suffer an injury while travelling to start work on the basis of an employment contract or as self-employed persons in the other Contracting Party shall be entitled to a benefit arising from a work accident under the legislation and at the expense of the institution of the other Contracting Party.
Travel Accident. All administrators will be provided with travel accident coverage purchased at the District’s expense through the PSBA Insurance Program.
