TRASH ENCLOSURES. The Developer shall construct all trash enclosures in conformance with the Final Plans and Section 6.5.11 of the LDC, prior to issuance of the first certificate of occupancy for the Property. The trash enclosures, including the gates, must be constructed of non-combustible materials, and have an architectural design compatible with the primary structure, using matching materials and colors. The Developer or its successors or assigns shall keep the trash enclosure gates closed at all times, except for the periodic moments when access is needed to place trash within the containers, or empty or replace the trash receptacles themselves.

TRASH ENCLOSURES. All trash dumpsters and recycling bins are required to be carefully screened from view from any street right of way with screen wall enclosures. The construction of the enclosures shall match the design and quality of the surrounding buildings and will be at least 6’ tall. These enclosures shall contain adjacent planting strips landscaped with evergreen shrubs along the side or rear of the enclosure.
TRASH ENCLOSURES. The Organizer shall furnish dumpsters or roll-off boxes and trash receptacles in sufficient quantity to contain the accumulation of trash generated by the Event. The Organizer shall make certain that all trash is picked up daily during and after Event. The Organizer shall remove any excessive garbage that does not fit within the receptacles and dispose in trash dumpsters. The City reserves the right to require additional receptacles should the Organizer not remove excess garbage from the Event.

  • Trash Tenant shall not allow anything to be placed on the outside of the Building, nor shall anything be thrown by Tenant out of the windows or doors, or down the corridors or ventilating ducts or shafts, of the Building. All trash and refuse shall be placed in receptacles provided by Landlord for the Building or by Tenant for the Premises.

  • Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.

The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • Walls 12 Developer shall provide rustication patterns on all walls, except drainage headwalls, in Aesthetic 13 Area 3 in accordance with Exhibit L2.24 of the LAADCR. The final designs shall resemble these 14 simulations.

  • Lavatories Cleaning and janitorial services to be provided in the common area lavatories of the building shall include:

  • Interior (a) Ceilings, sidewalls and bulkhead panels shall be clean and free of cracks and stains;

  • Landscaping Maintaining, tending and cultivating and (as necessary) re-stocking any garden or grassed areas including replacing plants, shrubs and trees as necessary.

  • ASBESTOS CONTAINING BUILDING MATERIALS Please be advised that an asbestos survey may have been performed at the Property. If provided, please review the information that identifies the locations of known asbestos containing material or presumed asbestos containing material. All personnel and appropriate subcontractors should be notified of the presence of these materials, and informed not to disturb these materials. Any activity that involves the disturbance or removal of these materials must be done by an appropriately trained individual/contractor.

  • Elevators Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service during normal business hours to Tenant in common with Landlord and all other tenants. Landlord shall provide limited passenger service at other times, except in case of an emergency.
