Trash Code. The City will strictly enforce those sections of the Municipal Code relating to trash and rubbish. No employees will be required to perform any duty that is contrary to Municipal Code Sections 860.010 – 860.260, unless trash or debris problems which constitute a fire, health, or traffic hazard or a public nuisance exist which require immediate action. The City will strictly enforce those sections of the Municipal Code relating to trash containers. The City will continue its special pickups for which residents pay a fee, and special cleanup programs.

  • AT&T-12STATE acknowledges that CLEC may have an embedded base of one-way trunks ordered and installed prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement that were used for termination of CLEC’s Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic to AT&T-12STATE (Embedded Base). To the extent that CLEC has such an Embedded Base, CLEC shall only augment trunk groups in the Embedded Base with the mutual agreement of the Parties.   • Illicit Code Except for the functions and features expressly disclosed in Supplier's documentation made available to Accenture, Deliverables will be free of any programs, subroutines, code, instructions, data or functions, (including but not limited to viruses, malware, worms, date bombs, time bombs, shut-down devices, keys, authorization codes, back doors or passwords allowing Supplier access) that may result in any inoperability, damage, interruption, or interference of the Deliverables or any equipment on which the Deliverables reside or with which the Deliverables are capable of communicating.

  • Stats Executive acknowledges and represents that the scope of such restrictions are appropriate, necessary and reasonable for the protection of the Company’s business, goodwill, and property rights. Executive further acknowledges that the restrictions imposed will not prevent Executive from earning a living in the event of, and after, termination, for whatever reason, of Executive’s employment with the Company. Nothing herein shall be deemed to prevent Executive, after termination of Executive’s employment with the Company, from using general skills and knowledge gained while employed by the Company.
