FAS Duties As Administrator, and subject to the supervision and control of the Investment Company’s Board of Trustees/Directors (the “Board”), FAS will provide facilities, equipment, and personnel to perform or cause to be performed the following “Administrative Services” for operation of the business and affairs of the Investment Company and each of its Funds, as such Administrative Services are applicable to each Fund, and any additional Administrative Services that FAS shall agree in writing to perform, or cause to be performed, for the Investment Company with respect to any Fund from time to time:
Subadvisers Duties The Subadviser shall formulate and implement a continuous investment program for each Fund, including the purchase, retention and disposition of investments therefor, in accordance with the Fund’s investment objective and policies as stated in the Trust’s Registration Statement. The Subadviser’s duties hereunder are subject to the following understandings with respect to each Fund:
General Duties and Responsibilities 1. Responsibilities under the General Conditions of the Contract for Construction: In addition to the responsibilities herein set forth, Consulting Engineer/Architect agrees to be responsible for those matters identified in the General Conditions as being responsibilities of the Consulting Engineer/Architect. Consulting Engineer/Architect specifically acknowledges receipt of a copy of the General Conditions and acceptance of the responsibilities as set forth therein.
Rights, Duties and Responsibilities of Escrow Agent It is understood and agreed that the duties of the Escrow Agent are purely ministerial in nature, and that:
Job Duties It is understood by the parties that every incidental duty connected with operations enumerated in job descriptions is not always specifically described and employees may be required to perform other job-related duties not specifically contained in the job description; however, employees required to perform such duties shall be qualified for the work to be performed.
Duties and Services Executive agrees to serve in the position(s) referred to in Section 2.2 and to perform diligently the duties and services appertaining to such offices, as well as such additional duties and services appropriate to such offices which the parties mutually may agree upon from time to time. Executive’s employment shall also be subject to the policies maintained and established by the Company and the Parent that are of general applicability to the Company’s and the Parent’s employees, as such policies may be amended from time to time.
