TRANSPORTING EQUIPMENT. When a participant has been approved to work at a secondary alternate worksite they are responsible for safely and securely transporting equipment to and from the alternative worksites. The participant is also responsible for determining the equipment necessary to successfully perform their official duties at the secondary alternate worksite. A participant will only be issued one set of telework equipment in accordance with the standards.
TRANSPORTING EQUIPMENT. Employees will not be required to carry equipment (other than hand tools), chemicals or supplies in their vehicles.

At the Lessee’s request and expense, the Rental Company may arrange shipment of the Equipment to Xxxxxx's designated location. Lessee is responsible for all costs incurred during transit. Lessee’s Responsibilities Regarding the Equipment LESSEE ASSUMES ALL RISK OF LOSS Once Lessee or their agent accepts the equipment at pickup or begins to prepare the Equipment for rental, Lessee’s responsibility includes, but is not limited to the following risks: 1) while in transit, 2) at all locations, 3) at all venues and/or facilities, 4) while on Xxxxxx's own premises and while in use, 5) or in storage on the rental facility’s premises END OF LESSEE’S RESPONSIBILITY Xxxxxx’s responsibility ends when the Equipment is returned and the rental term has expired. Equipment will not be deemed to have been returned until all of the following conditions have been met: 1) Equipment has been delivered back to the premises during normal business hours. 2) an inventory has been completed and a missing and damaged list has been compiled, if needed, & 3) the term of the Rental Contract has expired. LESSEE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL EQUIPMENT BEING STORED FOR LESSEE BY THE RENTAL COMPANY Lessee is responsible for all equipment that is picked up or stored by the Rental Company for Xxxxxx's ultimate use. All risks of physical loss to property that is transported or stored by the Rental Company for Xxxxxx’s benefit shall remain Lessee's responsibility. INSPECTION/WARRANTY Lessee shall inspect the Property immediately on delivery and shall notify Lessor at that time if Lessee determines that the Property is not in good working condition. After such delivery and inspection, Xxxxxx acknowledges that the Property is rented without any express or implied warranty or guaranty of any kind. Restrictions on the Use of the Equipment LOCAL USE ONLY UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED IN WRITINGUSE BY QUALIFIED TECHNICIANS ONLY.   • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Testing of Metering Equipment Connecting Transmission Owner shall inspect and test all of its Metering Equipment upon installation and at least once every two (2) years thereafter. If requested to do so by NYISO or Developer, Connecting Transmission Owner shall, at Developer’s expense, inspect or test Metering Equipment more frequently than every two (2) years. Connecting Transmission Owner shall give reasonable notice of the time when any inspection or test shall take place, and Developer and NYISO may have representatives present at the test or inspection. If at any time Metering Equipment is found to be inaccurate or defective, it shall be adjusted, repaired or replaced at Developer’s expense, in order to provide accurate metering, unless the inaccuracy or defect is due to Connecting Transmission Owner’s failure to maintain, then Connecting Transmission Owner shall pay. If Metering Equipment fails to register, or if the measurement made by Metering Equipment during a test varies by more than two percent from the measurement made by the standard meter used in the test, Connecting Transmission Owner shall adjust the measurements by correcting all measurements for the period during which Metering Equipment was in error by using Developer’s check meters, if installed. If no such check meters are installed or if the period cannot be reasonably ascertained, the adjustment shall be for the period immediately preceding the test of the Metering Equipment equal to one-half the time from the date of the last previous test of the Metering Equipment. The NYISO shall reserve the right to review all associated metering equipment installation on the Developer’s or Connecting Transmission Owner’s property at any time.

  • Monitoring Equipment 2.2.1 24-hour TSP air quality monitoring was performed using High Volume Sampler (HVS) located at each designated monitoring station. The HVS meets all the requirements of the Project Specific EM&A Manual. Portable direct reading dust meters were used to carry out the 1-hour TSP monitoring.   • Additional Equipment Additional Equipment may from time to time be added as the subject matter of this Agreement as agreed on by the parties. Any additional property will be added in an amendment describing the property, the monthly rental, security deposit, and stipulated loss value of the additional Equipment. All amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. Other than by this amendment procedure, this Agreement may not be amended, modified, or altered in any manner except in writing signed by both parties.

  • School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use audio-visual and/or duplicating equipment provided all costs incurred therewith are paid for by the Association. Association use of school equipment shall not interfere with school use. The building principal must approve any Association use that involves a cost.

  • New Equipment Where new types of equipment and/or operations, for which rates of pay are not established by this Agreement, are put into use after the ratification date of this Agreement within operations covered by this Agreement, rates governing such operations shall be subject to negotiations between the parties. This paragraph shall apply to all new types of equipment including office and clerical equipment. In the event agreement cannot be reached within sixty (60) days after the date such equipment is put into use, the matter may be submit- xxx to the National Grievance Committee for final disposition. Rates agreed upon or awarded shall be effective as of the date equipment is put to use.

  • Rental Equipment 7.1 We will at all times own all Rental Equipment supplied to you. You will not let, sell, charge, assign, sub-license or allow a third party to use the Rental Equipment nor remove any labels, and shall not prejudice our rights in the Rental Equipment in any way. We may replace the Rental Equipment from time to time either with your prior consent or provided that the replacement Rental Equipment is of a specification that is at least equal to the Rental Equipment originally supplied and such change does not materially disrupt the provision of the Services.

  • Collocation of Switching Equipment CLEC may collocate any equipment that is necessary for Interconnection or access to Unbundled Network Elements.
