Transportation Requirements. (1) When the product is transported separately, the individual products should be transported with the original packaging materials of the Seller. If long-distance transportation such as sea transportation is required, additional packaging measures should be taken to ensure the safety of transportation. The product stack in transportation does not exceed 6 layers.
(2) If the product does not use Seller's original packaging material transportation, Buyer shall fully consider the risks of vibration, drop and collision in the transportation process, and adopt adequate product protection measures.
Transportation Requirements. 2.10.3.1. F.O.B Destination. Supplier shall ship all Items "F.O.B. Destination," provided that allocation of risk of loss and terms for passage of title otherwise applicable as to Items shipped by Supplier may be varied by the provisions of this Agreement. Applied will specify the applicable destination point, which may be an Applied Facility or another location. Supplier shall ship all Items in accordance with Applied's Corporate Routing Guide (Attachment 7), including use of approved carriers. Supplier shall ship all Items to accomplish delivery of all Items at the applicable destination point, on time.

b) A copy of this agreement is in the vehicle at the time of waste transport, and
c) Waste is transported on municipal roads unless a permit has been obtained from the Ontario Ministry of Transportation in accordance with Section 2 of the Dangerous Goods Transportation Act, R.S.O.1990, Chapter D.1 to allow for the transport of dangerous goods on highways.
Transportation Requirements. 2.1 The Contractor shall provide transport or storage media, including pallets and labour, unless otherwise agreed with the consigning unit. In the event that the Contractor utilises MOD assets (e,g, post/caged pallets) they must be returned within 2 (two) calendar months or replaced by prior agreement. The after school program or subcontractors shall ensure compliance with all state laws and may transport by the use of its own equipment, contract to provide transportation or arrange transportation by the use of other equipment to enrolled after school participants provided that: (A) parent/guardians’ written permission has been obtained in advance; (B) Family Involvement and Community Engagement Coordinator has confirmed that: transportation arrangements are safe and appropriate; (C) all drivers have valid California driver’s license; (D) all drivers have received fingerprint clearance; (E) provided that such transport is covered under driver or registered owner’s personal automobile insurance or CONTRACTOR automobile liability insurance policy for at least $100,000 per individual and $300,000 per occurrence for liability for bodily injury; and $50,000 per occurrence for liability for property damage; (F) all drivers and registered owners of private or rented vehicles used shall complete and sign declaration of driver forms assuring that: (i) the driver is at least 21 years of age and holds a current valid California driver’s license;(ii) the driver has not been convicted of reckless driving or driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol within the past five years; and (iii) the driver provides proof of sufficient insurance; (G) if after school program arranges and/or contracts with a third party to provide this transportation, the organization or company with whom they contract must be licensed as a transportation provider, be certified to transport students (School Pupil Activity Bus certification) and have at least $5,000,000 automobile and $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate General Liability insurance; (H) arrangements have been made for additional vehicle for use in event of illness or emergency; (I) students receive instruction in safe conduct on bus or other transport; and (J) drivers receive safety and emergency instruction and information which shall be kept in their vehicle, including health and emergency information for each student riding in his/her vehicle. The indemnification requirements set forth in Section 13 shall apply to all transportation activities under this section.

Transportation Requirements. The VENDOR shall provide transportation for the DISTRICT’S students for athletic events, field trips, and related school activities in accordance with the DISTRICT’S calendar and the DISTRICT’S activity schedule.
Transportation Requirements. Operate four (4) buses to transport children and their parents who receive services funded through this subaward, subrecipient teachers and subrecipient approved chaperones. Such transportation shall be solely for the purpose of transporting these children, parents and personnel to and from the subrecipient’s day care center and subrecipient -sponsored field trips and other program related activities such as: driving the parents and children to county hearings; transporting parents and children to doctor’s offices for immunizations when necessary; and fatherhood field trips which includes fathers, children, and subrecipient chaperones. These buses are maintained by the Department of Vehicle Services and are insured by Subrecipient. For further information regarding Subrecipient’s responsibilities regarding the maintenance of these buses, see Section 4.6 below.

Transportation Requirements. The Contractor shall provide transportation and delivery of data and/or material, and will occasionally be required to attend meetings in various locations. The requirements of this Task Order may require the Contractor to operate Government owned vehicles, on and off center, while performing assigned tasks. Access may be granted to Navy owned fleet managed vehicles if all aspects of the NAVFAC Input/Output request/justification have been met. Contractor personnel may use Government Owned Government Operated (GOGO) vehicles, managed through the Transportation Office, NAVFAC Southwest, Code 270, under the following conditions: the Technical Assistant (TA), in concurrence with Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), will evaluate the contractor's need to utilize GOGO vehicle(s) under the contract; COR will oversee to ensure compliance with DoD 4500.36-R; clause 5252.228-9501, LIABILITY INSURANCE is included in the basic contract and applies to the use of GOGO vehicles; the contractor shall meet all training and licensing requirements to operate the GOGO vehicles and equipment, as defined in NAVFAC P-300; the contractor need for GOGO vehicles and equipment shall not interfere with Government use of those vehicles and equipment; and use of GOGO vehicles is for official use, only for specific Task Order requirements. The Contractor shall meet all requirements of FAR 45.104, 52.245-1 and 52.245-9 while operating Government vehicles.
