Transportation of Solid Waste. Contractor shall transport and deliver all Solid Waste collected pursuant to this Agreement to the Sunnyvale Materials Recovery and Transport Station (“SMART Station”) in Sunnyvale, or other facility as directed by the City Contractor shall cooperate with the operators of the SMART Station or other facility designated by the City with regard to operations therein including, by way of example, complying with directions from the operator to unload collection vehicles in designated areas, accommodating to maintenance operations and construction of new facilities, and cooperating with the operator’s hazardous waste exclusion program and tonnage tracking system.

Transportation of Solid Waste. ‌ 917 Contractor shall transport and deliver to the Designated Disposal Site all Solid Waste 918 received at the SEC that is not Recycled or reused, including MRF Residue and O2E 919 Residue. No Solid Waste or Residue may be Disposed of at any location other than the 920 Designated Disposal Site without written consent from the Authority. 921 6.03 TRANSPORTATION OF HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES‌ 922 Contractor shall provide or arrange for transportation and delivery to an appropriately 923 permitted Disposal or Recycling facility of any Hazardous Substances that are discovered 924 by the Contractor through the hazardous waste exclusion program (HWEP) or that are 925 rejected by the operator of the Designated Disposal Site or any Designated Processing 926 Facility. Authority will reimburse Contractor for its costs pursuant to Section 7.06 with the 927 exception of costs to be paid by Contractor for Hazardous Substances rejected by an 928 operator of a Designated Facility. 929 6.04‌ TRANSPORTATION OF OTHER MATERIALS 930 A. Recovered Recyclable Materials. Contractor shall provide or arrange for 931 transportation and delivery of all Recyclable Materials recovered from the MRF 932 (including Recyclable Materials received at the Public Recycling Center and recovered 933 at the MRF) to a purchaser, a licensed Recycling facility, or a Person who will use the 934 materials in a process or product and shall not Dispose or use such material at a 935 landfill.

Contractor recognizes that the Palo Alto Landfill is scheduled to close in 2011. Contractor shall cooperate with the operators of the SMART Station and the Palo Alto Landfill with regard to operations therein including, by way of example, complying with directions from the operator to unload collection vehicles in designated areas, accommodating to maintenance operations and construction of new facilities, and cooperating with the operator’s hazardous waste exclusion program and tonnage tracking system.

Transportation of Solid Waste. Hauler shall transport all Refuse Collected to a City-approved Facility (e.g., Transfer Station, waste-to-energy Facility, Green Waste Processing Facility, MRF, Disposal Site). Hauler agrees to make all reasonable efforts to separate Recyclable Materials from Refuse for Diversion from landfill Disposal. Hauler shall maintain accurate records of the quantities of Solid Waste transported to all Facilities utilized and will cooperate with City in any audits or investigations of such quantities. Hauler shall cooperate with the operator of any Facility it uses with regard to operations therein, including, for example, complying with directions from the operator to unload Collection vehicles in designated areas, accommodating maintenance operations and construction of new facilities, cooperating with its Hazardous Waste exclusion program, and so forth.

  • Solid Waste The Licensee shall have to make arrangements for disposal of solid waste, which shall be got removed from the premises on a daily basis to ensure perfect cleanliness as per Corporation of Chennai Norms. The Licensee shall have to make arrangements for the solid waste to be separated into glass, plastic and food waste and for the food waste to be treated in a shredder to be converted into a paste. The waste shall need to be expelled into a common dump or waste area provided/ indicated by CMRL. If solid waste is found disposed of on CMRL land or premises a penalty/fine of Rs.2000/- shall be imposed by CMRL for each occasion.

  • Solid Waste Management General. The Airport is required by city ordinance to achieve a solid waste recycling rate of 75% by 2012 and 100% by 2020. Tenants are required to cooperate with the Airport to maximize the rate of solid waste recycling and source separation. Airport’s Work. The Airport will supply specially designed solid waste containers for depositing paper, bottles and cans, and general trash in the public areas of the terminal including Tenant public areas. The Airport will provide waste containers for public disposal of food waste and compostable serviceware in the vicinity of Food and Beverage leaseholds. Tenant’s Work. Tenants are required to collect the solid waste generated in back offices in containers designated for paper, bottles& cans, and general trash and deposit the content of each container in the designated bins at collection areas. All Food and Beverage Concessions are required to collect food waste and compostable serviceware in separate containers and deposit the contents in designated compostable materials bins at collection areas.

  • Air Transportation In accordance with the standard provision entitled International Air Transportation, any international travel requires prior written approval from the FHI360 contracts administrator.

  • Transportation of Students Employees will not be required to transport students.

  • Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Contractor understands that HHS does not tolerate any type of fraud, waste, or abuse. Violations of law, agency policies, or standards of ethical conduct will be investigated, and appropriate actions will be taken. Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 321.022, if the administrative head of a department or entity that is subject to audit by the state auditor has reasonable cause to believe that money received from the state by the department or entity or by a client or contractor of the department or entity may have been lost, misappropriated, or misused, or that other fraudulent or unlawful conduct has occurred in relation to the operation of the department or entity, the administrative head shall report the reason and basis for the belief to the Texas State Auditor’s Office (SAO). All employees or contractors who have reasonable cause to believe that fraud, waste, or abuse has occurred (including misconduct by any HHS employee, Grantee officer, agent, employee, or subcontractor that would constitute fraud, waste, or abuse) are required to immediately report the questioned activity to the Health and Human Services Commission's Office of Inspector General. Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and System Agency policies regarding fraud, waste, and abuse including, but not limited to, HHS Circular C-027.   • HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT 41.1 In the performance of this Contract, Contractor and Operator shall conduct Petroleum Operations with due regard to health, safety and the protection of the environment (“HSE”) and the conservation of natural resources, and shall in particular:

  • Emergency Transportation Ambulance services for emergencies.

  • NOISE/WASTE The Tenant agrees not to commit waste on the premises, maintain, or permit to be maintained, a nuisance thereon, or use, or permit the premises to be used, in an unlawful manner. The Tenant further agrees to abide by any and all local, county, and State noise ordinances.

  • AIR TRANSPORT 1. Profits derived by an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation of aircraft in international traffic shall be taxable only in that State.

  • Waste Disposal Tenant shall store its waste either inside the Premises or within outside trash enclosures that are fully fenced and screened in compliance with all Private Restrictions, and designed for such purpose. All entrances to such outside trash enclosures shall be kept closed, and waste shall be stored in such manner as not to be visible from the exterior of such outside enclosures. Tenant shall cause all of its waste to be regularly removed from the Premises at Tenant’s sole cost. Tenant shall keep all fire corridors and mechanical equipment rooms in the Premises free and clear of all obstructions at all times.
