Transportation of Employees. Where outside employees are transported to and/or from their work in the back of trucks, such trucks shall be equipped with protection from the weather. No explosive materials, i.e. gas, dynamite, caps or any dangerous tools to be carried in back of trucks at the same time as employees are transported.
