Transport Allowance. In partial modification of Clause 10 of the Bipartite Settlement dated 2nd June 2005, Transport Allowance shall be paid as under with effect from 1st November, 2007. Transport Allowance. 20.4.1 An Employee required by the Company to commence their shift before 4.00am shall be paid a transport allowance of $9.65 per day unless the Company provides suitable transport.
Transport Allowance. In respect of Kitchen, Household and Orderly Services Staff: All employees who work any hours after 11.00pm and up to and including 6.00am on any given day will, in respect of that day, receive a transport allowance of $3.25.

An employee is not entitled to a transport allowance if the employee is provided with transport; or the employee is reimbursed for transport.
Transport Allowance. All employees shall be paid a transport allowance amounting to at least $66,00 per month, based on an employee’s work attendance. “Provided that employers already providing transport or meeting the cost thereof in excess of the above minimum entitlements shall continue with their current arrangements and the above is inapplicable to them.”
