Common use of Transnet Clause in Contracts

Transnet. through its Supplier Development division, shall, every 6 (six) months from the Commencement Date, review and verify the Service Provider’s undertakings stipulated in this clause with respect to B-BBEE commitments, based on the Service Provider's report.
