Transmission Security. Affiliate recognizes that in order to preserve the integrity and marketability of TelQuest Programming, it is necessary for TelQuest to cause such programming to be transmitted via satellite in an encoded mode. It shall be and remain the obligation of Affiliate to obtain at its own expense, but subject to the approval of TelQuest, such decoding device(s) (IRTs) as may be necessary to properly receive such TelQuest Programming. PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that TelQuest shall give said Affiliate no less than ninety (90) days notice of implementation of any modifications to such security measures and to the extent reasonable and possible, cooperate, and coordinate the availability of said equipment, with Affiliate to assist in the orderly deployment by Affiliate of acceptable decoding or descrambling device(s).

Transmission Security. IMPLEMENT TECHNICAL MEASURES TO PROTECT THE EPHI AGAINST UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS WHEN BEING TRANSMITTED. EXHIBIT J SECURITY‌ THIS SECURITY EXHIBIT (this “Exhibit”) applies when DentaQuest, LLC (“Vendor”) requires electronic access to UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Ohio Inc. and/or United HealthCare Services, Inc. (collectively, “United”) Information (as defined in Section 1 below) and/or United Information Systems (as defined in Section 1 below). This Exhibit applies in addition to any of Vendor’s obligations under the Administrative Services Agreement between the parties (the “Agreement”), any Business Associate Agreement or other agreement between the parties, or any requirements imposed upon Vendor by applicable laws or regulations, and in addition to any United due diligence that may be performed regarding Vendor’s systems and security practices. In the event of a conflict between this Exhibit and any other term between the parties, the terms most protective of United shall apply.

  • Computer Transmission The Custodian is able to accept transmissions sent from the Fund’s computer facilities to the Custodian’s computer facilities. If the Fund determines to use its proprietary transmission or other electronic transmission method, it must provide Custodian sufficient notice and information to allow testing or other confirmation that FT Instructions received via the Fund Designated Security Procedure can be processed in good time and order. The Custodian may require the Fund to execute additional documentation prior to the use of such transmission method.

  • Fax Transmission A facsimile, telecopy or other reproduction of this Amendment may be executed by one or more parties hereto, and an executed copy of this Amendment may be delivered by one or more parties hereto by facsimile or similar instantaneous electronic transmission device pursuant to which the signature of or on behalf of such party can be seen, and such execution and delivery shall be considered valid, binding and effective for all purposes.   • UNION SECURITY 7.01 The Employer shall deduct monthly from the pay due to each employee who is covered by this Agreement a sum equal to the monthly Union dues of each such employee. The Union shall notify the employer in writing of the amount of such dues from time to time.   • Transaction Security Each of the Parties agrees that the Transaction Security shall rank and secure the Credit Facility Liabilities, the Hedging Liabilities and the Pari Passu Debt Liabilities (subject to the terms of this Agreement) pari passu and without any preference between them (but only to the extent that such Transaction Security is expressed to secure those Liabilities).
