Transmission of Dues. Dues so deducted by the University shall, within ten (10) days of the date of deduction, be transmitted to the designated officer of the Union together with a list of staff members included, the amount deducted, hours worked and their hourly rate of pay. Once dues are transmitted to the Union, their disposition shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Union. The Union shall certify to the University the amount of Union dues and shall notify the University of any changes in dues structure forty-five (45) days in advance of the requested date of such change.
Transmission of Dues. The Board shall transmit to the Association the total amount deducted for professional dues within a reasonable time period following each pay period. The Board shall also provide the Association with a listing of the employees for whom deductions were made for the October 31st salary checks. With each of the nine (9) remaining transmittals, the Board shall attach information specifying changes to the original listing which occurred during the particular month.

The Secretary of the Union shall certify to the Hospital the amount of Union dues and shall notify the Hospital of any changes in dues structure forty-five (45) days in advance of the requested date of such change. By July 1, 2007, this information shall be available on-line for access by designated Union Officers. On-line access will allow for information to be downloaded in Excel format.

The school district shall transmit to the Union the total deduction for Union dues within thirty (30) calendar days of their deduction, along with a listing of employees for whom deduction was made, provided the Union shall hold harmless and defend the Board against any action or claim of whatsoever nature in relation to such dues deduction, if the Board has made such dues deduction in compliance with this Article.

The District shall transmit to the WEA the total monthly deduction for all membership dues so authorized within at least ten (10) school days following the last regular pay period of each month, with the understanding that every reasonable effort will be made to transmit said deductions within five (5) school days following the last regular pay period of each month. At the time the District transmits the first total monthly deduction payment to the WEA after the signing of this agreement, it will also send a complete list of names of employees for whom deductions were made. With each subsequent monthly membership dues remittance, the District will then make notations of additions and deletions from said initial list.
