Transmission of Dues. Dues so deducted by the University shall, within ten (10) days of the date of deduction, be transmitted to the designated officer of the Union together with a list of staff members included, the amount deducted, hours worked and their hourly rate of pay. Once dues are transmitted to the Union, their disposition shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Union. The Union shall certify to the University the amount of Union dues and shall notify the University of any changes in dues structure forty-five (45) days in advance of the requested date of such change.
