Common use of Transmission Charge Clause in Contracts

Transmission Charge. The transmission charges to be paid each month by the Sponsoring Companies shall be equal to the total costs incurred for such month by Corporation for the purchase of transmission service, ancillary services and other transmission-related services under the Tariff as reserved and scheduled by the Corporation to provide for the delivery of Available Power and Available Energy to the applicable delivery points under this Agreement. Each Sponsoring Company's share of the aggregate transmission charges shall be the percentage of such charges represented by its Power Participation Ratio.
