UNBUNDLED NETWORK ELEMENTS -- SECTIONS 251(c)(3) Pursuant to the applicable Appendix UNE, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, SBC-13STATE will provide CLEC access to Unbundled Network elements for the provision of Telecommunications Service as required by Sections 251 and 252 of the Act and in the Appendices hereto.
