Common use of Transitional Services Agreement Clause in Contracts

Transitional Services Agreement. At Closing, Sellers and Buyer shall enter into the Transitional Services Agreement.

Transitional Services Agreement. At the Closing, Sellers Buyer and Buyer Seller shall enter into into, execute and deliver a transitional services agreement substantially to the effect set forth in Exhibit D whereby Seller agrees to provide administrative services and manufacturing services to Buyer (the "Transitional Services Agreement").

Transitional Services Agreement. At the Closing, Sellers Buyer and Buyer Seller shall enter into a transitional services agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit G annexed hereto (the "Transitional Services Agreement") and as a condition to the parties' obligation to enter into the Transitional Services Agreement, all Implementation Services (as defined in the Transitional Services Agreement) shall have been completed subject to waiver by Buyer.
