Common use of Transitional Services Agreement Clause in Contracts

Transitional Services Agreement. Each of Seller and Buyer agrees to negotiate in good faith between the date hereof and the Closing Date, and to enter into, as of the Closing Date, a transitional services agreement (the "TRANSITIONAL SERVICES Agreement") containing terms as described in the summary attached hereto as Exhibit_B.
