Transitional Agreement. During the Interim Period, the Parties agree to negotiate in good faith and execute the Transitional Agreement based upon the Transitional Agreement Main Principles listed in Exhbit B hereto not later than the Closing Date. Until the execution of the Transitional Agreement, the Parties shall comply with the Transitional Agreement Main Principles. CLAUSE 6
Transitional Agreement.
