Transition Training. Superintendent agrees to attend necessary transition training at School Corporation on at least two (2) separate occasions between the date of signing this Contract and July 1, 2022. The dates and times of said transition training shall be agreed upon by the parties to this Contract. School Corporation shall pay reasonable travel fees to accommodate Superintendent’s travel to School Corporation for said transition training up to three (3) separate trips.

Transition Training. This category of training is for a pilot who has been previously trained and qualified for a specific duty position by the Employer and who is being assigned to the same duty position on a different aircraft type.
Transition Training. METRO shall provide release time to the employee to be laid off, a minimum of twelve (12) hours, for the purpose of training to help employees transition to other employment. Such training shall occur prior to layoff. Employees shall receive their regular pay while attending this training. Transition Training. The flight crew training course is approved by the FAA and is designed to train flight crews to operate the Aircraft safely and efficiently under normal and non-normal conditions. The training will consist of ground school (utilizing CBT), fixed base simulator, full flight simulator and actual aircraft training on Customer's Aircraft. The flight crew training contemplated by this paragraph 2.1 may include, at Customer's election, one ground school observer and one flight training observer in each class in addition to the flight crews. 8 flight crews (16 pilots).
Transition Training a. A Pilot transitioning from one aircraft type to another in the same seat or from one aircraft type to a like aircraft type or a Pilot who is down bidding, who fails to qualify on the new aircraft type shall return to his previous aircraft type for a period of ninety (90) calendar days provided he is able to do so. If he is unable to do so, the Pilot will be placed on an unpaid leave of absence for ninety (90) calendar days. The Pilot may waive any portion of his ninety (90) day period, with Company approval. The Pilot shall be given additional training in those areas in which the Pilot was found to be deficient.
Transition Training. After the Closing, INSO agrees that it shall provide to Buyers, free of charge, a team of developers, including Xx. Xxxx Xxxxx, to assist the Buyers in the training of personnel and the implementation of computer software and hardware. The team of developers, including Xx. Xxxxx, shall be available at a location in Boston, Massachusetts or Providence, Rhode Island selected by Buyers, beginning on November 15, 1999 and shall remain available during one (1) week (40 man hours) from such date. INSO further agrees that it shall make Xxxx Xxxxx or another person who has similar or more detailed knowledge of the architecture and coding schemes within the Business including, without limitation, the DynaText and DynaWeb products available as a consultant to Buyers following the Closing Date. Xxxxx shall also be made available on a reasonable basis and as reasonably requested by Buyers, to provide, free of charge, a maximum of 50 additional hours of consulting time from the period beginning on the Closing Date and ending one (1) year from the Closing Date. Following the utilization by Buyers of all 50 hours of consulting time and for a period of time ending two (2) years after the Closing Date, Xx. Xxxxx or another person who has similar or more detailed knowledge of the architecture and coding schemes within the Business including, without limitation, the DynaText and DynaWeb products shall be made available, on a reasonable basis and as reasonably requested by Buyers with the provision of reasonable notice, to provide additional hours of consulting services to Buyers and shall be compensated for the provision of such services at the rate of $250.00 per hour. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section 6.10, if, during the two (2) year period occurring after the Closing Date, Xx. Xxxxx ceases to be employed by INSO or any subsidiary or affiliate thereof and the consulting services of Xx. Xxxxx are requested by Buyers, INSO shall be required to substitute another person who has similar or more detailed knowledge of the architecture and coding schemes within the Business including, without limitation, the DynaText and DynaWeb products for Xx. Xxxxx. In addition, Buyers shall have the services of Xx. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx (to the extent Xx. Transition Training. Upon termination or expiration of Licensor's support services herein, if requested by Cisco, Licensor shall provide technical training to Cisco at such time and place as is reasonably requested by Cisco and shall include, but not be limited to, conventional engineering training and instruction classes in the service and maintenance of the Software as well as instruction on resolving compatibility issues and engineering debug capabilities. Such transition training shall continue until Cisco can efficiently perform Level 1 and Level 2 support for thx Xxxxxare. All of Licensor's reasonable expenses in connection with such transition training shall be pre-approved and reimbursed by Cisco, consistent with Cisco's standard policies.   • Transition Services The Purchasers will provide to the Sellers termination assistance as reasonably requested in order to provide an orderly transition following the termination of the Agreement (or any portion thereof), and the Sellers will provide to the Purchasers reasonable cooperation and assistance in connection therewith. In connection with this transition assistance, the Purchasers and Sellers will reasonably cooperate in the transition of the Services from the Purchasers to any Replacement Provider. With respect to the Serviced Appointments subject to termination, the Sellers shall provide the Purchasers with notice of the effective date (each, a “Transition Effective Date”) of the transition of the Services to a Replacement Provider. Notwithstanding any termination of the Agreement (or any portion thereof) in accordance with this Article II, with respect to the Serviced Appointments subject to termination, the rights and obligations of the parties under the Servicing Agreement shall remain in effect until the applicable Transition Effective Date.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Transition Assistance If this Contract is not renewed at the end of this term, if the Contract is otherwise terminated before project completion, or if particular work on a project is terminated for any reason, Contractor shall provide transition assistance for a reasonable, mutually agreed period of time after the expiration or termination of this Contract or particular work under this Contract. The purpose of this assistance is to allow for the expired or terminated portion of the services to continue without interruption or adverse effect, and to facilitate the orderly transfer of such services to State or its designees. The parties agree that such transition assistance is governed by the terms and conditions of this Contract, except for those terms or conditions that do not reasonably apply to such transition assistance. State shall pay Contractor for any resources utilized in performing such transition assistance at the most current Contract rates. If State terminates a project or this Contract for cause, then State may offset the cost of paying Contractor for the additional resources Contractor utilized in providing transition assistance with any damages State may have sustained as a result of Contractor’s breach.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Maintenance Training 16.8.1 The Seller will provide maintenance training for the Buyer’s ground personnel as further set forth in Appendix A to this Clause 16.
