Transition from Existing Evaluation System. The parties agree that to address the workload issue of Evaluators, during the first evaluation cycle under this Agreement in every school or department, the names of the Educators who are being placed on Self-directed Growth Plans shall be voluntary or literally or figuratively “put into a hat.” The first fifty (50) percent drawn shall be on a 1- year Self-directed Growth Plan and the second fifty (50) percent shall be on a 2-year Plan.
