TRANSIT TIME. The maximum acceptable delivery period (Transit Time) is 10 days. The consignment entrusted to the transporter must be delivered & stacked at destination warehouse/ installations assigned as per GR / LR Note, within the maximum permissible transit period (excluding holidays, if they fall at the due delivery date). The delivery period (Transit Time) will be calculated from the next date of invoice to date of delivery. Any delay in the delivery beyond the permissible transit period will attract late delivery penalty @ Rs 2000 Per Day. If the date of receipt falls on Sunday / closed holidays / local holiday (as per the declaration submitted by the respective Branch / Zonal office) the next day will be treated as reporting day and no delay penalty/ detention will be applicable for that day.
TRANSIT TIME. 46.1) Timely delivery is the essence of the contract. The transit time shall be reckoned based upon average run/day as under, inclusive of time taken to clear obstructions and RTO formalities en-route.

TRANSIT TIME. The maximum acceptable delivery period (transit time) is given in the Annexure A. In case of delays on the part of the CARRIER beyond the aforesaid acceptable delivery period (excluding holidays if they fall on the due delivery time and date and if the receiving point is closed on such holidays) , late delivery penalty shall be levied by ISRPL upon the CARRIER as per the below slab : Late Delivery (in days) - Upto 5 days - Rs.2000/- per truck per day (For total days) Late Delivery (in days) - More than 5 days - Rs.3000/- per truck per day (For total days) The delivery period (transit time) will be calculated from the next day of the date mentioned in the invoice to one day before the date of delivery as acknowledged by the consignee.
TRANSIT TIME. The fixed transit time is a forecast and may change due to operational factors and do not constitute a breach of contract.
TRANSIT TIME a. It is agreed that the Consignments shall have to be delivered within the transit time fixed for each destination. The number of days required for transportation of each consignment as mentioned in the Annexure – B (rate contract) and same shall not include both the loading date at the factory/depot and unloading/reporting date at the Depot/C & FA point.
TRANSIT TIME. The BROKER and the CARRIER may make agreements on each shipment as to required transit time. Such agreements may make the transit time obligation less or more than “reasonable dispatch.” In the absence of an agreement between the parties, the following transit time schedule shall apply: (1) on shipments moving less than 500 miles, next day delivery. (2) on shipments moving more than 500 miles, one day for every increase of 500 miles, or part thereof. (To illustrate: on a shipment moving 2900 miles, delivery shall be made in six (6) days.)
TRANSIT TIME. The transit would take an average of eight (8) hours one way at a speed of six and one half (6 ½) knots. Tug and barge speeds are highly influenced by tides and sea conditions so the transit time could vary by up to an hour above or below the average depending on the day.
TRANSIT TIME. The transit days are exclusive of the date of booking and the date of delivery and are as per TAT mentioned MSL'swebsite.The cut-off time for pickup will be 6 p.m. Any request received after this will have the shipping date of the nextday. Detailed transit time details can be shared by the account manager.Every effort is made by MSL to adhere to thecommitted assured date of delivery, but it does not take any responsibilityfor delays that are beyond the control of itsmanagement and the Company does not accept anyresponsibility/liability for the consequential losses suffered due todelay in delivery. Consignee should take the delivery immediately at the time of arrival at destination. In case of non- acceptance of delivery for any reason, MSL will not be held responsible for any penalty imposed due to expiry of e- waybill. The Customer hereby agrees to abide by the terms and conditions;service levels and KPI of MSL with respectto the services existing today and which may be revised in future and displayed on xxx.xxxxxx.xx Customers arerequested to read and understand the same. Those terms and conditions shall be construed as an integral part of thisagreement.
