Transit Services a. Razorback Transit will provide specific transit and paratransit route service to the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture.

Each transit trunk is provided on a DS-0 basis. The service charge includes a one-time order processing charge and a trunk activation/change charge per trunk. Toll Transit service provides CLECs and IXCs with the option to deliver their toll traffic to each other via MTS Allstream’s networks. For Toll Transit - terminating traffic, monthly charges apply to the IXC for interconnecting circuits and for network usage. Toll Transit - originating traffic, in cases where MTS Allstream bills the IXC, monthly charges for interconnecting circuits and network usage apply. Where MTS Allstream bills the CLECs, monthly charges apply on a per trunk basis for each trunk used to deliver transit traffic to MTS Allstream. These charges apply on a per trunk basis based on the size of the trunk group. Each transit trunk is provided on a DS-0 basis. Service charges for both Toll Transit - terminating and originating apply to an IXC for any incremental facilities over which interconnecting circuits with trunk-side access are provided, as specified in MTS Allstream’s Carrier Access Tariffs. Transit Services. 1. Light-Rail Transit - With the opening of the Tasman West light-rail line extension, plus the new station immediately adjacent to the project site (and with convenient pedestrian access to the project buildings), the site will offer excellent light-rail transit service to the site's employees and visitors. 2. Commuter Rail - The Sunnyvale Caltrain Station at Xxxxxx & Xxxxxxx, offers all-day commuter-rail service to points along the peninsula between San Xxxx and San Francisco, plus commute-period service between Gilroy and San Xxxx. The Sunnyvale station includes automobile parking and bicycle lockers, plus is wheelchair-accessible. This Caltrain station is less than two miles from the site, and may be reached via a shuttle service that currently makes five trips in the morning and six trips in the afternoon. With the completion of the LRT station adjacent to the project, convenient access to the Caltrain station in Mountain View will be provided via the Tasman West line. 3. Bus Service - a number of VTA bus routes serve the project site, either adjacent or within walking distance. These bus routes are shown in Figure 3, along with the new light-rail line.
Transit Services. The CMRTA shall provide or cause to be provided through one or more independent contractors Transit Services within the Transit Area. The CMRTA may enter into contracts or joint ventures with other transit service provides if necessary and appropriate.
