TRANSIT PASS. The City agrees to enter an agreement with AC Transit to participate in its EasyPass employer program during the length of the agreement. Each represented employee shall be eligible to receive one EasyPass and shall pay a twenty dollar ($20) annual fee, deducted from the employee’s pay check every July. The employee contribution is mandatory for all represented employees. The City will pay the remaining costs.
