Transfers, etc. Through Participants If the Series 1 Preferred Limited Partnership Units are held through the Book Entry System then the beneficial owner thereof shall provide instructions with respect to Series 1 Preferred Limited Partnership Units only to the Depository participant through whom such beneficial owner holds such Series 1 Preferred Limited Partnership Units and registrations of ownership, transfers, purchases, surrenders and exchanges of Series 1 Preferred Limited Partnership Units will be made only through the Book—Entry System. Beneficial owners of Series 1 Preferred Limited Partnership Units will not have the right to receive unit certificates representing their ownership of the Series 1 Preferred Limited Partnership Units.
