Transfers and Dispositions. Material furnished to the Joint Property and Material transferred from the Joint Property or disposed of by the Operator, unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, shall be priced on the following basis exclusive of cash discounts:

Transfers and Dispositions. Except for the Permitted Dispositions described in Sections 7.2, it shall be an Event of Default if, without Lender’s prior written consent (which consent may be given or withheld for any or for no reason subject to such conditions as Lender may establish, in Lender’s discretion) a Disposition shall occur (other than a Permitted Disposition).
