Transferring responsibilities. 27.1 The Supplier cannot assign, novate or in any other way dispose of the Contract or any part of it without the Buyer’s written consent (not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).
Transferring responsibilities. We may transfer the whole or parts of our rights and obligations under this agreement to another person. We will tell you if we do this. Our entitlement to rights and duties to perform obligations transferred will cease and be replaced by the entitlements and duties of the transferee from the date we notify you, or such later date as we specify. If you are a body corporate or other non-personal entity, and your ownership, management or control changes, you must notify us promptly, and seek our consent to your authorisation agreement continuing. You may not transfer this agreement or any benefit or obligation of it to another person. If you are a business and your management or control is altered without our written consent, then this will be treated by us as a transfer of this agreement entitling us to end it.
