Common use of Transferee Clause in Contracts

Transferee. In the event Owner shall transfer all of his (or its) interest in the Policy, then all of Owner's interest in the Policy and in this Agreement shall be vested in his (or its) transferee, who shall be substituted as a party under this Agreement, and the transferring Owner shall have no further interest in the Policy or in this Agreement.
