Transferability of Credits. Although Xxxx College is a regionally-accredited institution of higher education, the transferability of its credits is solely determined by the receiving institution taking into account such factors as course title, course content, grades, accreditation, and licensing; consequently, Xxxx College does not imply, promise, or guarantee transferability of its credits to any other institution. If the student is considering transferring to another institution, it is that student’s responsibility to determine whether that institution will accept Xxxx College credits. Transferability of Credits a. The Dual Enrollment Transfer Guarantees document is duplicated below and is available on the website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/policy/articulation. DUAL ENROLLMENT TRANSFER GUARANTEES The dual enrollment program is an opportunity to take challenging courses and accelerate education opportunities. With hundreds of dual enrollment courses available, there is great potential to further engage and motivate students to pursue academically rigorous courses that capture their interests. Successful completion of dual enrollment courses allows eligible high school students to simultaneously earn high school core or elective credit and postsecondary credit toward a career certificate, an associate degree, or a baccalaureate degree. Dual enrollment courses will receive the same weighting for the high school grade point average as Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), and Advanced International Certificate of Education (AICE) courses. In addition, dual enrollment courses that meet core state university admission requirements in English/Language Arts, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, or World Languages shall receive the same weighting as AP, IB, and AICE courses in the calculation of the high school grade point average used for admission decisions. Students should understand, however, that dual enrollment courses are college‐level courses, and the amount of work and rigor of content in dual enrollment courses may be much greater than in high school courses. In addition, dual enrollment course grades become a part of a student’s permanent college transcript and are calculated into the student’s permanent postsecondary grade point average. Poor performance in dual enrollment courses may affect university admissions and financial aid. It is important to do well in these courses to realize the benefits of dual enrollment. Course selection is important for the dual enrollment student since different programs at a college require different courses to complete the certificate or degree. By choosing courses wisely, students can reduce the time it takes to complete a program after high school graduation. Some students are even able to complete their college certificate or degree at the same time they graduate from high school. Transferability of Credits a. A student who has taken courses under this Agreement must forward to FGCU a final notarized home-school transcript indicating graduation from high school in order for credits to be valid. FGCU shall award the Associates of Arts degree to a qualified student who has subsequently applied for the degree and has enrolled for the fall term at the University after high school graduation.

Transferability of Credits. 1. posted transfer of credits policy and any existing articulation agreement addressing specific programs. Students are responsible for sending Rowan official transcripts for evaluation of credit from CCP and any other attended institutions, including military transcripts. Credit will also be awarded for AP, CLEP, etc. with appropriate documentation. Developmental courses are not eligible for transfer.
Transferability of Credits. The institution shall disclose information to the student regarding transferability of credits to other institutions and from other institutions. The institution shall disclose that transferability of credit is at the discretion of the accepting institution, and that it is the student’s responsibility to confirm whether or not credits will be accepted by another institution of the student’s choice. If a licensed institution has entered into written articulation agreements with other institutions, a list of those other institutions may be provided to students, along with any conditions or limitations on the amount or kinds of credit that will be accepted. Such written agreements with other institutions must be valid and in effect at the time the information is disclosed to the student. The agreements shall be kept on file at all times and available for inspection by Commission representatives or students. Any change or termination of the agreements shall be disclosed promptly to all affected students. No representation shall be made by a licensed institution that its credits can be transferred to another specific institution, unless the institution has a current, valid articulation agreement on file. Units or credits applied toward the award of a credential may be derived from a combination of any or all of the following:
Transferability of Credits. ● NJCU will accept a maximum of 60 credits when the student enters the University with an A.S. degree. ● Students entering the Exercise Science program through this articulation agreement may not transfer into another NJCU major without a re-evaluation of his or her original transcript(s). ● A maximum of 60 credits may be to NJCU degree requirements. ● Students will need to complete a minimum of 31 credits within the FES Department to receive an NJCU Degree in Exercise Science. ● Students can transfer up to 21 credits towards the Major requirements (15 core Exercise Science credits and 6 Elective credits). A minimum GPA of 2.75 is required. See Attachment A, entitled, "Course Alignment Xxxxxx County Community College and NJCU”.
Transferability of Credits. The Art Institute of New York City is licensed by the State of New York Board of Regents State Education Department to confer the Associate of Applied Science and Associate of Occupational Science and accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools, an accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education. However, the fact that a school is licensed and accredited is not necessarily an indication that credits earned at that school will be accepted by another school. In the U. S. higher education system, transferability of credit is determined by the receiving institution taking into account such factors as course content, grades, accreditation and licensing. The mission of The Art Institute is to help you to prepare for entrylevel employment in your chosen field of study. The value of degree programs like those offered by The Art Institute is their deliberate focus on marketable skills. The credits earned are not intended as a stepping stone for transfer to another institution. For this reason, it is unlikely that the academic credits you earn at The Art Institute will transfer to another school. Programs offered by one school within The Art Institutes system may be similar to but not identical to programs offered at another school within the system. This is due to differences imposed by state law, use of different instructional models, and local employer needs. Therefore, if you decide to transfer to another school within The Art Institutes system, not all of the credits you earn at The Art Institute may be transferable into that school’s program. If you are considering transferring to either another Art Institute or an unaffiliated school, it is your responsibility to determine whether that school will accept your Art Institute credits. We encourage you to make this determination as early as possible. The Art Institute does not imply, promise, or guarantee transferability of its credits to any other institution.
Transferability of Credits. Students entering NJCU with an A.S. degree under this articulation agreement will receive credit for all NJCU general studies requirements. NJCU will accept a maximum of 71credits when the student enters the University with an A.S. degree. Transfer of credits in excess of the 71 credits noted in the agreement will be evaluated on a case by-case basis and only as these credits apply to the RN to BSN program at NJCU. Students entering the RN to BSN program through this articulation agreement may not transfer into another NJCU major without a reevaluation of his or her original transcript(s). This evaluation will be completed based on existing policy applied to all non-nursing, A.S. transfer students. The A.S. degree programs are generally classified as terminal, vocational programs. A maximum of 71credits may be applied to NJCU degree requirements, assuming a minimum grade of "C" is earned for all such accepted credits.
