Tenant agrees and acknowledges that Tenant’s sole right and remedy against Landlord in such instance shall be to seek and to have the Transfer approved as consistent with the terms anti provisions of this Lease or based upon a determination that Landlord has unreasonably withheld its consent to the proposed Transfer.
