Common use of Transfer to Lower Paid Duties Clause in Contracts

Transfer to Lower Paid Duties. (a) Where an employee is transferred to lower paid duties for reasons set out clause 4.6.1 the employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the employee would have been entitled to if the employee's employment had been terminated under clause 4.4.

Transfer to Lower Paid Duties. (a) Where an employee is transferred to lower paid duties for reasons set out in clause 4.6.1 3.6 the employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the employee would have been entitled to if the employee's employment had been terminated under clause 4.4.3.1

Transfer to Lower Paid Duties. (a) Where an employee is transferred to lower paid other duties for reasons set out in clause 4.6.1 11.9, the employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the employee would have been entitled to if the employee's ’s employment had been terminated under clause 4.411.2.

Transfer to Lower Paid Duties. (a) Where an employee is transferred to lower paid duties for reasons set out clause 4.6.1 9.1 the employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the employee would have been entitled to if the employee's employment had been terminated under clause 4.47.

Transfer to Lower Paid Duties. (a) Where an employee is transferred to a lower paid duties rate of pay, for reasons set out clause 4.6.1 any reason, the employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the employee would have been entitled to if the employee's employment had been terminated under clause 4.44.11.2.

(a) Where an employee is transferred to lower paid duties for reasons set out clause 4.6.1 11.1 the employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the employee would have been entitled to if the employee's employment had been terminated under clause 4.49.

(a) 55.4 Where an employee Employee is transferred to lower paid duties for the reasons set out in clause 4.6.1 55.1, the employee Employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the employee Employee would have been entitled to if the employeeEmployee's employment had been terminated under clause 4.453.

(a) Where an employee is transferred to lower paid duties for reasons set out clause 4.6.1 3.2.1 the employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the employee would have been entitled to if the employee's employment had been terminated under clause 4.43.1.2.

Transfer to Lower Paid Duties. (a) Where an employee is transferred to lower paid duties for reasons set out clause 4.6.1 the employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the employee would have been entitled to if the employee's employment had been terminated under clause 4.44.2.
