Transfer Services. A. Internal Transfer to an Account at East West Bank The Internal Transfer Service, is an account-to-account transfer service offered by the Bank. This Internal Transfer Service allows you to transfer funds from your eligible East West Bank account(s) to other eligible account(s) held by you or another recipient at the Bank. Our Red Envelope product is part of our Internal Transfer Service. Generally, transfers can only be completed between eligible accounts that are held in an individual or joint ownership capacity. The Bank may, from time-to-time and at its sole discretion, make additional ownership types available for the Internal Transfer feature, such as certain sole proprietorship, trust or fiduciary ownership types, and the availability of such either on an exception basis or as part of an enhanced service offering does not change your responsibilities under this Agreement. ▪ For transfers between your own eligible deposit accounts, you must be an individual or joint owner, or an authorized signer or agent acting in an authorized capacity, on both the eligible Transfer From and Transfer To accounts. Transfers may be a Same-Day One-Time Internal Transfer, or a One-Time or Recurring Scheduled Internal Transfer. ▪ For transfers (payments) from your own eligible deposit account(s) to your eligible Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) account(s), you must be an individual or joint owner on both the eligible Transfer From and Transfer To accounts. For transfers (credit line advances) from your own eligible Home Equity line of Credit (HELOC) account(s) to your eligible deposit account(s) the Transfer From and Transfer To accounts must be owned by the same combination of sole or joint owners. Transfers may be Same-Day One-Time Internal Transfers only. ▪ For transfers initiated from your own eligible accounts to another customer’s eligible account, you must be an individual or joint owner, a custodian under the Uniform Transfers to Minor Act (UTMA), or agent acting in an authorized capacity, on the eligible Transfer From account; and the recipient must be an individual or joint owner, or the custodian or minor beneficiary under the Uniform Transfers to Minor Act (UTMA), on the eligible Transfer To account. Transfers can only be completed between consumer accounts that are held in an individual or joint- ownership capacity. For transfers between your own accounts, you must be an individual or joint owner on both the transfer from and transfer to accounts. Transfers are one-time only, and subsequent transfers to the same account or recipient must be requested on an “as needed” basis. You will generally be able to initiate an Internal Transfer through Online Banking seven days a week, 24 hours a day. However, at certain times, some or all of Internal Transfer Service may not be available due to system maintenance or account eligibility.
Transfer Services. The business activities of The Company relating to the Transfer of passengers within the Terms and Conditions set out in The Agreement.
Transfer Services. The Company authorizes and directs the Bank, upon an Authorized Person’s request, as communicated in writing or through the Product, and received by the Bank, to transfer Funds into any other Company Account or third-party account at the Bank. The Bank shall not be obligated at any time to transfer from any Account any amount more than the collected balance on deposit in such account at the time of the request or time of transfer. The Bank shall have the right, but shall not be obligated, to refuse any transfer hereunder for purposes of determining whether the Company has authorized the transfer and shall incur no liability for any such delay. This statement is specifically for use in performing a transfer of funds from account to account at the Bank and is not intended for wire transfer transactions. Transfer requests received after 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed on the next Business Day.

TGP Available Capacity Limit on Confirmed Nominations Where the TGP Available Capacity is expected to be available on a Day and the aggregate amount of all Transfer Service Shippers' Nominations exceeds the TGP Available Capacity, then for the purposes of determining Confirmed Nominations for Transfer Service Shippers in accordance with clause 5.4(c) (TGP Confirmed Nominations) the Service Providers shall:

Immediately on the signing of this Agreement arrange for gas electricity fuel water and telephone services (as available to the Property) to be transferred to the Tenant's name with effect from the commencement date of the Tenancy and pay for any transfer charge applicable and immediately notify the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent in the event of the transfer of the services to a different supplier.

You may transfer funds between your accounts, from other financial institutions to your accounts and from your accounts to deposit and investment accounts in other financial institutions. You will need to register each of the non-NASA Federal Credit Union accounts that you wish to use for these transfers. You agree that you will only register accounts for which you are an owner and have the authority to transfer funds. It may take up to five (5) business days to establish a connection with other financial institutions. Note: Some accounts outside of NASA Federal Credit Union cannot be set up to receive funds. The following types of transfers can be processed: • Transfers from an account are immediately deducted from the account’s available balance. • Immediate or scheduled one-time transfers and recurring transfers can be made from a NASA Federal Credit Union checking, savings, money market, or line of credit to most NASA Federal Credit Union accounts. • Transfers can be made from a NASA Federal Credit Union checking, savings, money market, or line of credit account to some deposit and investment accounts outside of NASA Federal Credit Union. • Payments to mortgages may only be made on a one-time basis. • Other transfers can be made on a one-time or recurring basis. One-time transfers may be immediate or scheduled for a future date. The recurring transfer feature may be used when a set amount is transferred at regular intervals. For example, $100 transfers from a checking to a savings account that occurs every 2 weeks.

If there is a conflict between this section relating to Interac® e-Transfer Services and the other terms and conditions in this Agreement or any other agreement you have with Vancity that is not specific to the Transaction in issue, this section relating to Interac® e-Transfer Services will apply to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict with respect to Interac® e-Transfer Services.
