ENCUMBRANCES AND LIENS The Contractor shall not cause or permit any lien, attachment or other encumbrance by any person to be placed on file or to remain on file in any public office or on file with UNDP against any monies due to the Contractor or that may become due for any work done or against any goods supplied or materials furnished under the Contract, or by reason of any other claim or demand against the Contractor or UNDP.

Permitted License Uses and Restrictions (a) This Order Form Supplement allows you, as an authorized User under the Master Subscription Agreement, to use the Software on any Supported Device and on no other devices.
Warranty Against Encumbrances Seller warrants that the goods are now free, and at the time of delivery shall be free, from any security interest or other lien or encumbrance.
Exclusion of liens and commissions No Paying Agent shall exercise any lien, right of set-off or similar claim against any person to whom it makes any payment under Clause 8.1 (Payments by Paying Agents) in respect thereof, nor shall any commission or expense be charged by it to any such person in respect thereof.
No Encumbrances Borrower has good and indefeasible title to the Collateral, free and clear of Liens except for Permitted Liens.

Exclusion of liens and interest The Fiscal Agent shall be entitled to deal with each amount paid to it under this Clause 7 in the same manner as other amounts paid to it as a banker by its customers provided, however, that:
