Common use of Transfer or Exchange of Definitive Certificates Clause in Contracts

Transfer or Exchange of Definitive Certificates. Subject to the provisions of this Clause 3 and Exhibit D, the holder of Bonds represented by definitive Certificates may transfer or exchange such Bonds. Subject to compliance with such provisions, the relevant Transfer Agent and the Registrar shall register the transfer of Bonds represented by definitive Certificates in accordance with Clauses 10 and 11 below.
