Common use of Transfer of the Property Clause in Contracts

Transfer of the Property. With the exception of Permitted Transfers (as defined in the Loan Agreement), Grantor will not Transfer, or contract to Transfer, all or any part of the Property or any legal or beneficial interest therein (except for certain Transfers of the Accessories and other Transfers expressly permitted in this Deed of Trust).

Transfer of the Property. A Change of Control (as such term is defined in the Credit Agreement) shall be deemed to be a prohibited Transfer of the Property.

The Transfer of any ownership interest in Grantor (whether in one or more transactions during the term of the Loan) without the prior approval of Beneficiary shall be deemed to be a prohibited Transfer of the Property.

The Transfer of any ownership interest in Grantor (except for certain Transfers whether in one or more transactions during the term of the Accessories and other Transfers expressly permitted in this Deed of Trust)Secured Debt) shall be deemed to be a prohibited Transfer of the Property.

Transfer of the Property. Transfer of the Property. With Except as permitted under Section 6.8 of the exception of Permitted Transfers (as defined in the Loan Credit Agreement), Grantor will not Transfer, or contract to Transfer, all or any part of the Property or any legal or beneficial interest therein (except for certain Transfers of the Accessories and other Transfers expressly permitted in this Deed of Trust).

Transfer of the Property. With the exception of Permitted Transfers (as defined in the Loan Agreement), a) Grantor will not Transfer, or contract to Transfer, all or any part of the Property or any legal or beneficial interest therein (except for certain Transfers of the Accessories and other Transfers expressly permitted in this Deed of Trust). The Transfer of more than 10% of the membership interests in Grantor (whether in one or more transactions during the term of the Loans) shall be deemed to be a prohibited Transfer of the Property.
