Transfer of Sick Leave Credit. An employee who transfers from one state Agency to another shall be credited with the unused balance of the accumulated sick leave credit.

Transfer of Sick Leave Credit. Any unit member who served in the classified services of another California school district immediately preceding his/her employment with San Xxxx/Evergreen Community College District may have transferred to San Xxxx/Evergreen Community College District the unused portion of any accumulated sick leave. Any transfer must be completed within one year of the unit member’s hire date.
Transfer of Sick Leave Credit a. An employee who has prior employment with an Ohio Public Agency providing that such employment has been within ten (10) years from the time of employment with the Ashtabula Area City School District, may transfer his/her unused balance of sick. To receive such credit, an employee shall present to the Treasurer a certificate from the public agency in Ohio from which employed. Such certificate shall indicate the number of unused sick leave days accrued by the employee at the time of termination of employment from that agency.
Transfer of Sick Leave Credit. In lieu of the cash payment, the employee may transfer all accrued but unused sick leave to an agency that will receive and credit the employee's accumulated sick leave.

  • Restoration of Sick Leave Credit Employees who have been separated from state service and return to a position (except as temporary employees) within two (2) years shall have unused sick leave credits accrued during previous employment restored.

  • Sick Leave Credit ‌ All regular full-time employees shall be able to draw on a block of nine days of sick leave when they commence employment. This block of sick leave will be prorated for regular part-time employees. If all or part of this block of sick leave is used, it will be paid back as sick leave is accumulated. If an employee ceases employment and has a negative balance in sick leave credit, this amount will be deducted from her/his final paycheque.
