Transfer of Services. (1) Where the Authority intends to continue with services equivalent to any or all of the Services after termination or expiry of the Contract, either by performing them itself or by the appointment of a replacement contractor, the Contractor shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the transition is undertaken with the minimum of disruption to the Authority.

Customer may not sublicense, assign, delegate or otherwise transfer its receipt of Colocation Services under this Agreement to any third party without Compute North’s express written consent, which Compute North may withhold in its sole discretion. In the event Compute North gives consent, Customer shall remain fully responsible and liable to Compute North for the performance of all of Customer’s obligations under this Agreement, and under no circumstances shall Compute North be deemed to be providing any Colocation Services to any third party for Customer or on its behalf.
Transfer of Services. 6.1 When you transfer any Services from a Carrier or Network, a telecommunications service provider or equipment supplier who supplies telecommunications services or equipment to you at the time of signing this agreement to us, you authorise us to sign on your behalf and in your name any forms required by the Current Supplier to transfer the Transferred Services as we direct.

(1) Where OGA intends to continue with services equivalent to any or all of the Services after termination or expiry of the Contract, either by performing them itself or by the appointment of a replacement contractor, the Contractor shall (both during the term of the Contract and, where relevant, after its expiry or termination): provide all information reasonably requested to allow OGA to conduct the procurement for any replacement services; and use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the transition is undertaken with the minimum of disruption to OGA.
