Transfer of License. Notwithstanding the provisions of conditions 17.1 and 17.2, if Customer sells or transfers the Equipment in which the Software operates, Kodak shall offer to license the Software, and to provide services, to any bona fide end user (“Transferee”) pursuant to Kodak’s then current standard terms, conditions and fees, provided that the Transferee is not considered, in Kodak’s discretion, a competitor of Kodak or its parent, affiliates or subsidiaries. To the extent that the Software is licensed to a Transferee in accordance with this condition, Customer’s license to use the Software shall be deemed terminated. Kodak shall offer to provide de-installation services for the Customer and re-installation and certification for the Equipment and Software and services for the Transferee at Kodak’s then current applicable fees.
Transfer of License. Except as expressly provided herein, You may not give, rent or lease the Font Software or parts of it to third parties. You may transfer all Your rights to use the Font Software and documentation to another person or legal entity provided that (i) the transferee accepts and agrees in writing (with copy to JAF) to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and (ii) You destroy all copies of the Font Software and documentation, including all copies stored in the memory of a hardware device. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, You agree that You will not distribute or disseminate all or any part of the Font Software through any online service.

To the extent that the Software is licensed to a Transferee in accordance with this Section, the Customer’s license to use the Software shall be deemed terminated. Miraclon shall offer to provide de-installation services for the Customer and re-installation and certification for the Equipment and Software and services for the Transferee at Miraclon’s then current applicable fee.
Transfer of License. If this Lease is terminated due to expiration of the Term, pursuant to an Event of Default or for any reason other than Tenant's purchase of the Leased Property, or if Tenant vacates the Leased Property without termination of this Lease, Tenant shall execute, deliver and file all documents and statements requested by Landlord to effect the transfer of the Facility license and Government Authorizations to an entity designated by Landlord, subject to any required approval of governmental regulatory authorities, and Tenant shall provide to Landlord all information and records required by Landlord in connection with the transfer of the license and Government Authorizations.
Transfer of License. Transfer of license to the spouse/ legal heir would be allowed only in the event of death of the original licensee. The license shall be transferred in the name of legal heir for the unexpired period of the contract as per General Conditions of Contract (GCC) of Railways. No subletting will be allowed.
Transfer of License. Notwithstanding subsection 2.1, the Digimarc License may be transferred by Digimarc solely in conjunction with an assignment of this Agreement that is permitted under subsection 3.3 of this Agreement, and subject further to the following conditions:
Transfer of License. If Borrower or Operator ceases to operate any Facility for any reason or if Lender or any transferee or purchaser acquires title to a Facility (whether pursuant to foreclosure, deed in lieu of foreclosure or otherwise), Borrower shall, and shall cause Operator to, execute, deliver and file all documents and statements requested by Lender or such other party to effect the transfer of the Facility license and Government Authorizations to such party, subject to any required approval of governmental regulatory authorities, and Borrower shall provide to Lender or such other party all information and records required in connection with the transfer of the license and Government Authorizations.
Transfer of License. The Municipality agrees that it shall not assign or transfer this license granted herein without the prior written consent of The Company.
Transfer of License. You are permitted to transfer this License to use the Font Software one (1) time only. You are not permitted to purchase a License for resale purposes. If You transfer this License, You agree that (i) You will transfer the original Font Soft- xxxx together with all documentation, and (ii) You will destroy all other copies of the Font Software.
