Common use of Transfer of Equipment Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Equipment. On the Service Agreement Effective Date, Wards shall assign, and Supplier shall assume, Wards' obligations under the applicable leases for the equipment listed on Exhibit E (the "Transferred Equipment.
