Transfer of Entitlements. Where Companies bound by this Agreement are wholly owned subsidiaries of the same parent Company, an employee who transfers from one such Company to another shall retain his seniority for purposes of annual vacation time and pay entitlements.

Transfer of Entitlements. Seller shall cooperate with Buyer and execute, deliver, acknowledge and record such documents, instruments and certificates as Buyer may reasonably require to effect the transfer of any entitlements applicable to the Land, the Lots and the Improvements from the City of Fairfield or any other Governmental Agency to Buyer. 6.13

  • Transfer of Property On the date set forth above, the Grantor transferred to the Trust Estate and assets described in Attachment A which is attached and incorporated into the Trust.
