Common use of Transfer of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Coverage. 1) If a Subscriber moves out of California, coverage under this Agreement will terminate. If a Subscriber moves to an area served by another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield plan and notifies Blue Shield of his new address, the Subscriber's coverage may be transferred to the plan serving his new address.
